Built on experience. Driven by quality.

We believe that great construction goes beyond the finished result. It starts with understanding our clients’ vision, communicating clearly throughout the process and maintaining high standards at every stage of a project.

Whether we’re creating a bespoke media wall, installing a feature ceiling or undertaking a wider property renovation, we approach every job with the same dedication and attention to detail. We work closely with our clients, designers and trusted tradespeople to ensure each project is delivered with care, professionalism and pride in the finished product.

As a father-and-son business, our reputation means everything to us. We believe in building lasting relationships through honesty, reliability and workmanship we can stand behind.

Being personally involved in our projects allows us to maintain a hands-on approach, with a focus on getting the details right and delivering a finish that meets our standards as well as our clients’ expectations.

Our experience working across the Costa del Sol, including our involvement in Channel 4’s Jasmine Harman's Renovation in the Sun, reflects our commitment to quality work and our passion for bringing renovation projects to life.

From contemporary interiors and bespoke architectural features to complete property transformations, CIA Construction works with homeowners, property developers and design professionals to bring ideas to life.

We understand that every property and every client is different. That’s why we take a considered, personal approach to each project, combining skilled workmanship with an appreciation for the details that make a space feel complete.
